You will be contacted before this date to confirm whether there is space available to accommodate your request. An invoice will be issued for your reservation, requiring a 10% deposit to secure your booking.
Friday 23rd January, 2026
Full payment of the remaining invoice balance must be made by this date. You will also be required to complete the handover form, which collects all chosen vendor and purchase details.
Monday 26th January – Monday 2nd February, 2026
Your items will be collected from multiple vendors and temporarily stored at a facility located close to the departure port in Foshan / Guangzhou.
Saturday 7th February, 2026
Your items will depart China and be shipped to the UK on or before this date.
6–8 Weeks
Your items are expected to arrive in the UK within 6–8 weeks. We will manage all required paperwork, import duty, VAT, and haulage. You will be notified of the estimated time of arrival (ETA), and we will begin arranging collection or delivery (optional extra).

Your items will arrive in the UK. We will arrange container release, organise a London storage unit, and hire personnel to safely unload the container within the permitted time. Your items will then be ready for collection or delivery.
